Authorize TradeReady to file your Electronic Export Information (EEI) in AESDirect on your behalf.

What this POA lets us do

Prepare, sign, and submit EEI via AESDirect as your authorized agent.
Receive and forward your Internal Transaction Number (ITN) / proof-of-filing citation.
Correct, amend, or withdraw filings when required by law or at your request.
Request shipment data from carriers/partners needed to complete EEI.

Who signs

Standard (non-routed) export: an authorized officer/manager of the USPPI (exporter).
Routed export: include FPPI authorization; the FPPI (or U.S. agent) must authorize the AES filer.

Keep a signed copy on file for 5 years from the date of export (15 CFR §30.10).

Electronic signatures are valid under ESIGN/UETA for this limited POA. The USPPI remains responsible for the accuracy of the EEI. TradeReady acts as your authorized agent to prepare/submit, receive the ITN, and correct/withdraw when required.

Authority Granted. Principal appoints Agent as its true and lawful agent and attorney-in-fact to:
(a) prepare, sign, and file Electronic Export Information (EEI) via AESDirect;
(b) receive and forward the Internal Transaction Number (ITN) and proof-of-filing citation;
(c) correct, amend, or withdraw filings as required; and
(d) request and receive shipment information from carriers and other parties necessary to complete EEI.

Principal’s Responsibilities. Principal certifies that the information it furnishes to Agent will be true, correct, and complete; acknowledges its responsibility for the accuracy of EEI submitted on its behalf; and agrees to promptly provide any supporting documents including invoices, packing lists, and export authorizations.

Recordkeeping. The parties will retain copies of this POA and all related export records for at least five (5) years from the date of export.

Term and Revocation. This POA is effective on {{Effective Date}} and remains in effect until {{End Date or “revoked in writing”}}. Principal may revoke this POA at any time by written notice. Revocation does not affect actions already taken in reliance on this POA.

Indemnification. Principal agrees to indemnify and hold Agent harmless from claims, penalties, and expenses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Principal.
